We had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially because it was so close to Beamish Museum, which made our trip easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating, especially when they upgraded our room to meet our needs. However, the breakfast service could use a bit of improvement as we felt the initial welcome was a bit lacking. Overall, we found it to be great value for the price we paid, particularly with the included amenities and restaurant options.
